for the Red Sox if they blew their division lead? There's no question they'll still be in the playoffs, but they wouldn't be going in strong. I hate the Yankees less than the Red Sox, so this is fun to watch.

The Red Sox would be ticked that they blew the division lead, but honestly, I don't think it would matter that much in the post season. Like any other sport, post season is an entirely different thing and blowing a division lead might fire them up to turn it up a notch.

That said, because I'm an Orioles fan, I'm not a fan of the Yankees or the Red Sox and it wouldn't hurt my feelings to see both teams crash and burn.
