Recipe very easy:

3 C Self Raising Flour - Make sure you mix the flour well as settling occurs
1/3 C Sugar
12 oz. Beer - I used a Michelob Dark, supposedly an Amber is what makes a good bread

Mix together well place in bread tin. (makes a decent sized loaf)

350 for about 45 minutes
Serve with raspberry butter
