fusnik11 is an unknown quantity at this point
Default Made a very good load of wheat bread this weekend....

The recipe for those who dare:

2 1/2 C warm water
1 tbsp yeast (one packet of yeast)

Combine

1 stick of softened buttar
1/4 C of brown sugar
1/4 C of honey
3/4 tsp salt

Loosely beat together

4 C of bread machine flour
1 1/2 C of wheat flour
1 1/2 C of rolled oats

Mix together

Add yeast/water mixture to the first mixture and slowly add flour mixture, kneading until a nice ball is formed. Allow dough to rise, beat down. Form into loaves and let dough rise again. Bake at 375 until brown, it took mine about 30 minutes. Very good tasting bread, very good. This recipe yields two loaves and literally takes 5 minutes of prep.
