Default Buffalo Wing recipe?

Anyone have a good recipe for buffalo wings? Here's my challenge: I can find plenty of recipes online, but they usually turn out being little more than good bbq with a little spice - I haven't ever been able to get a recipe that turned out anywhere near as good as what I could buy in a restaurant.

What type of wings recipe are you looking for?

You want Winger's type wings?

Hot wings?

Sweet wings?

You want them breaded?

Mostly hot/sweet...IMO Famous Dave's has some great weeks, they're a good combination of both hot and sweet.

my favorite recipe:

1 telephone, preferably touch-tone
1 phone book
7 digits of the phone number for local Wings To Go
15-20 dollars, depending on appetite and present company
2 choices from the list of many, many wings flavors
10 napkins (for low-fat version try 2 wet wipes)

Simply pick up the phone, call the number, place your order for 30-40 wings (30 = $13.99), choose your flavors (I like curry buffalo, hot and zesty, buffalo garlic, suicide) and dipping sauce. Wait 20 minutes or until doorbell rings. Eat immediately for best results.
