Default Giving additional responsibilities to the YM

is kind of interesting in my ward, since we have so few, and sometimes they don't follow through or show up on time.

So we are responsible for setting up the chairs in the gym for priesthood, before sacrament starts.

The only problem is, lately, we are lucky if YM show up to prepare the sacrament. We've never had a YM help setup the chairs.

So should the YM presidency do it themselves, or just leave it, and if chairs have to be setup after Sunday school, so be it.

Also, should YM presidency drive and pick up boys before church, so that they can accomplish these things (presumably because parents won't arrive early)?
