i have pictures of myself in elementary school with long curly hair in the back and the MC hammer lines shaved in the sides. I had the gangsta mullett.

I had hair down to almost the middle of my back until 2 weeks ago, but I never wore a ponytail. I did wear pigtails and a belly shirt afew times when I played hoops a few times, just to make a few of my more homophobic friends and opponents uncomfortable.

Did you live in Spanish Fork then? If so this was the official haircut of the entire town.

Guilty! Yep...back in the early 80's...I had hair long enough that I could have had one...but never did.

My best friends mom owned her own hair cut salon. We were her guinea pigs and she had us in there all the time. Funny.

In 6th grade, any guy that had longer hair than me was hot. Of course, that was also when I thought Def Lepard was the greatest rock band ever.

Last year I didn't cut my hair for 6 1/2 months. For me that's a very long time.

I also have very thick and curly hair that grows very fast,,,so by the time I finally did cut it,,,it was like...oh say how Matthew McConaghuey's hair would look long,,,but probably 2-4 inches longer than that
