Not only does El Jefe not know that 187 = Murder, but apparently Bernard does not know that 69 is the zodiac sign for cancer. On the thread where 187 Skillz asked what he should change his name to, I replied with, "Is your zodiac sign Cancer? Try 69 Skillz." And I received the following:

Date/Time Function Violation Moderator Appeal

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
5/31/06 12:54pm Board Bernard

Description: Is your sign Cancer? Try "69 Skillz"
One of the moderators has given you this warning to let you know that what you did is against the Board Rules. We understand that you may not have fully read the rules, or that you may have misunderstood them. We use this form to communicate with members about the rules.

If you have any questions about why it was considered a violation of the rules, please contact the moderator who gave the warning, or El Jefe.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT MODERATION: Please understand that the moderators are just trying to help keep the board focused. They don't hate you, and they aren't out to get you. They also weren't necessarily offended by your post. They're actually fairly laid back about the whole thing, truth be told.

Often, messages are deleted or modified not due to anything in the actual message, but because of the direction they feel the board discussion will go in response to your post. They've seen a lot more of what goes on than you probably have, so please just trust their judgment in this matter.

Only if I see being judgemental as a bad thing.

And I don't.

I honestly, sincerly thought that his name meant murder skillz, until recently. I think it was when I saw a picture of his plane that had 187 on it, and even then I thought it had a double meaning.

I also thought that it was kinda cool that a guy could get away with a moniker like that on CB.
Oh, come on. His moniker used to be a revolver. I can't believe he doesn't know what it means.

On second thought, perhaps it was not a revolver, but the end of a gun on a plane.

It's a 187 on an undercover cop.....

Never heard that line? Were you in high school during the 90's?
