I bet she's still working. I have three Swatches that still work, two of them are older than ten years. Just switch the battery, band and you're good to go. I probably should give another brand a shot someday, but Swatch has always been there for me.

The very last watch shown in this commercial is the one I had.

This commercial basically encapulates the 80s better than anything short of a Duran Duran video.
