15. Nogales, Mexico (actually this should be number 1, except Anderson has most of Nogales' residents living there)
Springville, Mapleton or Spanish Fork are the only cities I'd really want to live in if I ever moved back to Utah.

I would never, for any reason, live in the hell-hole known as St. George, Utah. I'd rather expatriate to Paris, France.

Agreed about East St. Louis, IL.

Others include:

Rexburg, ID
Ephraim, UT
San Francisco, CA
New Orleans, LA
NYC, NY

I either agree or disagree almost completely depending on application of the Archaea variable, meaning with enough income SF, NO and NYC are fantastic places to live; without enough and you are spot on.

I'd rather live in some of the surrounding communities of the bigger cities than right in the cities themselves.

Poughkeepsie, NY is beautiful and you could hop on the train and be in NYC in 90 minutes or so.

The Bay Area is also beautiful, but the political atmosphere sucks.

I know a woman who used to party with Matthew. She says if you bring enough pot, he's amenable to just about anything. Just a little tip.

Places I do not want to live:
Lubbock, TX
El Paso, TX
Mud Lake, ID
Lincoln, NE (I've never been there, but a friend at grad school there assures me I do not want to)

ooh, Thanks Farrah! Good to know!

And you're right about Lincoln.

El Paso has a great song about it, though.

Another rotten thing about Oklahoma, we never get any decent snow, but we get the worst ice storms. Except in the spring, then we get tornadoes.
