I think it says even small amounts do this, the amounts that some had recommended for cardiovascular health (even though there may be no CV benefit after all).

No it says that it is less than 1.5%. In other words, about 50 times greater than what you just said. But who's counting. Hell, in WY that extra 1.5% is an unneeded luxury.

I read it as 1.5% of the 2% non-drinker loss which equals the number I quoted. Regardless, I'll take my chances.
