Default Topics proper for religious leaders

to discuss.

Which topics are appropriate for religious leaders to discuss?

If it is proper to discuss one aspect, say, "go vote", should religious leaders be allowed to discuss it further?

Or should religious leaders be limited to the spheres of their professional knowledge and training?

In a modern world, will religious leaders be more effective staying closer to a simpler message and encouraging members to look to others properly trained in other specialties?
