MikeWaters is an unknown quantity at this point
Default YW leaders are much smarter than YM leaders

1. They don't have a scouting program, i.e. girl scouts, or anything similar. Very smart.

2. They don't sweat the small stuff. Stake says there must be an adult leader at the activity? Who cares.

3. YW leaders actually get parents to take up the slack. "Hey parent, you chaperone this sucker, I'm busy."

4. YW leaders get shuffled out every few months like missionary transfers. For YM, it's like the mafia, when you are in, you are in, and there is no way out.

5. YW leaders have no metric like missions or college to determine if their efforts were successful.
