NS I used to hang out with some ladies that lived in BYU approved housing and they did have room checks in their apartments, however it was always a lady that checked the ladies rooms nad a guy that checked the guys rooms. It was also never at 2am nor did they ever wake anyone up when they were asleep.
I would raise absolute hell, even if she did sign the contract its not appropriate for a man to enter an apartment full of females at 2am to search for anything.
