New article and new study. As Archaea always says, biike fit is key. Also, stabd and pedal every now and then, especially if you are going numb.

it is not normal, and you should get your fit right pronto.

after reading that article, it may be time to take up new forms of fitness!

now I don't feel so bad after not riding since my century in August.
