I am mocking your self-righteous tone. What you asked him to do was appropriate and, like you, I hope he has either done it or planned to do it. At the same time, accusing a guy who has just been run off the road of being complicit in some furture accident is not the best form, IMO.

I'll call to see what they think.

"I was run off the road intentionally by this guy in a black truck, make unknown, license plate unknown on such and such a road."

I'm certain they're going to be impressed but if it helps future cyclists, then it'd be worth a phone call.
