He's basically admitting that he's playing not to lose and that pisses me off.

The other thing is that if he feels like they have to play conservative in order to avoid turnovers, for all intents and purposes, he doesn't trust Hall, Collie, Pitta, Unga and co.
Ghost of Crowton. He feels like he has to show he is the extreme opposite of Crowton.

I actually do.... Bronco is not the type of coach that does not and will not throw his coaches or his players under the bus in the media. But then again maybe I am wrong. I personally didn't like the play calling this game. Not just he first quarter but it felt like we threw the ball on first down almost every time we got the ball. Sorry to chime in so late on this one.

I just get the feeling Anae spent the last two games pretending like he's holding all of these amazing cards in his hand for TCU and Utah and that he can just mail it in as far as gameplanning and playcalling goes for teams like USU and UNM. Well, hopefully after the offensive malaise of the last two weeks BYU can somehow regain its offensive mojo on a short week against the best defense by far that they have faced all year.

P.S. Anae is probably hiding about 3 plays each for TCU and Utah, which represents 25% of his total playbook.
