And Spain hasn't been attacked since--no doubt because their leaders have kept them safe, right? I mean, if Bush gets credit for keeping us safe (while sending 4000 of America's best young people to their deaths in Iraq), then Spain's leaders deserve credit too.

I agree. Bush's actions have kept us safe. The safety of Spaniards is immaterial to me.

Different kind of "safety" here. True safety is when you show the capacity & demonstrated willingness to bomb the bejesus out of nations you consider a threat. Big difference.

Now, why Bush hasn't nuked Iran & North Korea is anyone's guess. He's softened up through time and that's why we need a true warrior in the White House.
