Somewhat related - Every year the all-sports station in Seattle holds a contest they call the "Bigger Dance." It's held right after the NCAA tourney and has a bracket format. Scoring is done by call-in voting. First prize a trip to any sporting event in the world. Here is an example of the brackets:
