I wouldn't call it that. More like they are long lost twin brothers, one of whom was raised in the Ezra T. Benson home and the other on a hippie commune. Much the same way Waters and woot seem to be twin sisters separated at birth.

In any case, I do think a national discussion on incorporation would be very healthy. It'd be nice if more intelligent Americans understood the nature of the piecemeal application of the Bill of Rights to the states.
