Default BYU offers another Te'o

Reported on TBS.

Malosi Te’o, cousin of Shiloah & Manti. RB. Returns from his mission at the end of May/early June.

He was late arriving to fall camp his senior year at Kahuku, and therefore wasn't played much. He finally convinced his coaches to let him play, and promptly put up 1,000 yards...in only four games. In the state playoff, against the best competition in the state...

His family initiated contact with Bronco, while Bronco was visiting to recruit Shiloah. Shiloah's father (with whom Malosi lived) showed Bronco his senior highlight video, and Bronco said "Holy Cow, we need to offer this kid."

Kid has the breakaway speed that none of our current RB's have.

Let's just offer the whole Te'o clan and build them their own luxury resort complete with swimming pools, saunas, daily maid service, and those little bottles of lemon grass and tea shampoo and conditioner. Time for BYU to step up.

Levi Te'o, playing for Timp, 2009 recruit.

From the sounds of it, The Te'o's are all very close. The more we get, the better the chances are of getting the one we REALLY want...

It doesn't sound like the other ones are exactly chump change.

My other son is named Matteo. We call him Teo. Maybe he can sneak in under the wholesale offering of all Teos. I'll even start calling him Te'o if it helps.

Reminds me a bit of the process of naming our hamster (which is now dead, somewhere in the walls of the house of one of my wife's previous 6th grade students).

My requested names:

1. Beelzebub
2. Stalin
3. Mao
4. Genghis
5. Ivan

She accepted Ivan. I waited a few weeks to make sure it was stuck before explaining about Ivan the terrible...

So if he transfers, when does he get to play? In conference isn't it TWO years they have to sit out?
