Not asking if you agree with her perspective but if you agree the university should have acted as it did. I believe one can disagree with her conclusion while disagreeing with the university's position.

And yet Ohio passed the DOMA and it is legal to discriminate based on sexual orientation there. Who is out of step with the state, the employee or the state university?

I think she should challenge the decision claiming that it was based on racial discrimination.

I bet she doesn't vote for Obama or Clinton.
