As long as Hill is in, I'm done. I can't even root for the team anymore, it's so bad.

All the excuses:
1. OL not good enough (WVU had a horrificallly bad DL)
2. Not enough time in the pocket (Hill had ALL DAY to pass)
3. Running game not good enough (Running game had a TON of yards)
4. WR not getting open (Hill missing easy touchdown with WRs wide open).

What will David Nixon say next?

This team with Tanner would be 4 and 0 and getting positive pub.

Go root for the Women's Soccer Team, which takes on tough teams on the road and wins.

I was pulling for BYU was a pure heart, unconflicted, as any rational Ute would at this point. wtf was that call with a minute to go and virtually within field goal range, 2d and 2, and down 3? Throwing 30 yards into a into a prevent defense.

Taysom hit 66% of his passes, and they finally scored a TD from the red zone. INTs were bad but that's mostly random. The only statistic you can predict INTs with is completion %, and that was fine today.

This is the best game for the offense thus far. Mizzou completed only 45% of its passes vs. WVU.

I'm optimistic about this season. We have two more P5 teams to go (MSU and MSU) plus Boise. Still a lot of football left.

Hill did marginally better. Meaning that he hit some passes that weren't dinks.

But by far the only thing he is doing is dinking and dunking.

He's ranked 118 out of 121 in adjust yards per attempt.

http://www.sports-reference.com/cfb/...6-passing.html

In other words, he doesn't pass for many yards when the completes, and he throws a lot of interceptions in relation to touchdowns.

He is ineffective and currently among the worst QBs in college.

Yesterday he averaged 6.9 per attempt, which is stellar. Interceptions are mostly luck.

He's #113 in passing efficiency out of 121 who have enough attempts to qualify to be rated. There are only 129 teams in FBS.

bull crap interceptions are mostly luck. if interceptions had no relation to skill, then it wouldn't be included in the QB rating measures.

Poor decision making = more interceptions
Inaccuracy = more interceptions

Taysom has consistently had a poor TD:interception ratio. That's not luck. That's who he is.
