Default CG Attorneys: Will OJ Serve Time?

Just saw this list of charges filed against OJ:

http://www.cnn.com/

From a neophyte's perspective, the charges sound serious. In your various professional opinions, what are the chances he will be convicted for any or all?

Copy of a page from Brahms' Requiem. An inspiring piece.

This is conjecture but I predict OJ's days as a free man are over except perhaps on bail. If he is granted a bail and posts bail he'd better just run. For starters, do you think he can get a fair trial in Las Vegas? I bet jurors are pretty conservative and white in Vegas. Then the judge will throw the book at him when sentencing.

Maybe Archea knows best.

I was listening to a local radio show, and they dissected the "evidence" as is known now. It sounds less than convincing and most juries are rather liberal and ethnic here. I wouldn't lay odds one way or another. If the evidence is as weak as suggested by the Rock Station radio emcees, then he may not serve time.

Plus, we have some awful prosecutors here. He may be convicted as the evidence may be better than suggested but it sounds weird.

But I am not a criminal lawyer so my guess is wild-eyed speculation.

That's a good one. I'm more a fan of his symphonies, though, particularly the 2nd.
