BYU, as a private institution, can admit anyone they choose. Perhaps he might not be eligible to play sports for a year, but he can be admitted.

Fair enough, although I question the fairness in blaming BYU for such an occurrence. If he chooses to go elsewhere so he doesn't miss a year, such as Snow, I don't know that it'll be easy to determine if that was his choice or if BYU refused to admit him...

I'm simply requesting that you hold off until you have all the facts involved
