If a bunch of people answer, I will. If I answer first people will accuse me of looking for the opportunity to brag.

What if someone has no income, but is not a student? Does state welfare count as income?

Since Viper started doing my taxes, I have no income.

Everything flows through my Schedule D and E and I am operating at break even thanks to all my business losses.

I guess those making less than 45k are too busy mucking about in shameful poverty to speak up. Believe me, it's ok if you're poor. It doesn't mean you're not a man, just less of one.

Looking at the results, it's obvious we have a lot of lawyers on this board.

I will admit that I am the one who makes less than 30K a year (but more than zero). That is just MY income though.

I was going to say the same thing, except to note that we have a lot of people who received liberal arts degrees.

30K? That is a pretty pricey newsletter!
