OUr ward pretty much does this already for the RS pres, alhtough not the YW. We don't need to have ward ocuncil semi-weekly, however, just make sure the RS is in PEC/Welfare.

I think the recent change to the Book of Mormon is proof that the church shouldn't be worried about telling the truth. I don't know anyone that left the church because of it. By admitting that not all brown people are Lamanites, they basically admitted that countless talks, temple dedication prayers, church lessons, etc. were all wrong. This is an admission of huge proportions and it barely made a wave among members. I hope there is a special place in heaven for the excommunicated members that got booted for telling the truth. I also hope there is a special place in hell for the evil bastard leaders that excommunicated them when they knew they were right. I hope Hitler is there waiting to give it to them up the ass.
