Have I ever said it isn't their priority #1? I think my argument has been the whole time that some women know themselves so well that they know their families will be better off if they work, even if it is just part time, outside of the home. Anyways, agree with the general principles espoused by the Church; believe that it's God's plan generally, but not in every situation. Even Sister Beck agrees with me on that one: it's a decision between a woman and God in that woman's unique circumstances.

I'm not talking about part-time work.

OBVIOUSLY it's not priority 1, if they aren't willing to postpone their career to raise their kids. And like I have said before, they shouldn't NEED to work their entire adult life in order to be happy.
