Utah-- the 5th most "skinny" state in the USA

This may surprise a lot of people (it did me) but this report by the Trust for American's Health shows the 10 states with the greatest obesity and the 10 with the least:

Here are the top ten "fat states" (in 2005; the 2004 rank is in parentheses):

Looks like Southern cooking is, well, not good for you!
