Ya except it doesn't look new. Its in the old version of the handbook. It probably was added when the handbook started advising leaders to keep the charges general and not specific .... I don't know when that started.

the big difference between TMZ and the national enquirer.

TMZ is legit. it airs dirty laundry, but fairly accurately.

I view TMZ as the tv version of the national enquirer. Video garbage rather than written.

Would People Magazine have been a better comparison?
