Japan has very strict gun laws, so we know elimination of Constitutional rights is the only method to avoiding shooting deaths.

Maybe they should just have a law against shooting people.

Or at least a law about having guns on campus.

So does Mexico and they have a much higher murder rate, violent crime rate and crime committed with a firearm rate.
