Default Indy Coug's Chili Recipe

I'm no cook, but I do make this from time to time:

1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion
2 cans red kidney beans
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
1 beef bullion cube
2 Tbsp chili powder (I like a little more)
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp oregano

Brown ground beef with onions, combine with other ingredients, bring to a boil and then simmer for 1 to 2 hours.

I'm no chili conoisseur so I don't know how this stacks up in the competitive world of chili cook-offs, but people seem to keep asking for this recipe when they have it.
