It's not a bad analogy either. Their approval ratings have had an uncanny correlation thus far (except that Obama has generally outperformed Reagan to date). Reagan's low was 35%. I'm pretty sure Obama won't win 49 states, but Republicans sure are doing their best to put up a candidate even worse than Mondale. |
