Default My ride on Sat.

I went on my first ride since early August this past Saturday.

Just 15 miles. 7mph rolling average, 3 hours total time. Good to get some time in the saddle.

is that normal?

3 hours seems like a long time to ride a bike 15 miles.

I sometimes take 10 or 12 hours to ride my bike 15 miles. Of course, that includes a work day in the middle of my 7.5 mile commute.

For someone with your level of fitness, I would think you could do it in 2 hours.

I can only imagine what it would be like to ride a bike for several hours.

You only work part-time? Who knew!

This is a sarcastic post, unless you're doing a mountain climb as that's a forty-five minute ride. Did that include lunch and talking to friends?

What lots of drive time to the ride and chat time afterwards, or waiting for others to arrive?

Nope. I already said it was a 7mph rolling average.
