Nike+ users have you seen the nikerunning page?
Each time you sync your ipod now it sends the data to your normal nikeplus.com page and now to your nikerunning.com page. They have a great training calendar there that tracks all of your runs, what shoe you're wearing (to remind you of shoe mileage) etc... They also offer 12 week programs that will build right into your calendar for your goals at certain distances. Anything from a 5K to a marathon is available. It's a nice site.
