So, the North Koreans are now saying that the US is the aggressor?

That certainly may be so, as their tests proved they are incapable of aggressive tactics. Perhaps they ought to get a few more folks to help them chuck their missles and they might actually hit international waters.

I love that our tests were successful and theirs were an embarrassment on the world stage. Now we get to watch them piss and moan like impotent jerks...someone finish the line.
