Is there really more meth in Springville than in, say Kearns?

Based on anecdotal evidence and not data, I think there are rural stretches along I-5 in WA and OR that dwarf anything going on in Utah.

I'm a proud Red Devil and there was a fair amount of weed and alchohol being used in high school but I didn't hear much about meth in the late 80s and early 90s at least.
I guarantee that rural Missouri trumps anything going on in Springville on a per capita basis by a huge margin. |

I would put Pocatello up against anything in Utah. The penalty was pretty light for making meth in the state so people were moving their operations up here. I'm not sure if the Governor felt like he was attracting new business but I guess they have finally got around to going Mcgruff on the deal.
