I actually feel really uncomfortable arguing anything about this around a bunch of attorneys. But from a layman's perspective, the 2nd Amendment states that the right to bear arms "shall not be infringed". Isn't limiting the right to only certain firearms the very definition of infringement?

I think that was the intent of the Founding Fathers. They probably didn't anticipate fighter jets and tanks. If I ever get rich enough, I want to own one of each.
