Default Where to start

I live in Denton, TX; the heart of the intermountain northcentral Texas metroplex.

I work as a mainframe cycle management operator making considerably less than the $200K mentioned elsewhere on this forum. I have not, as of yet, been cursed with riches. I'll have to let you all know when that changes.

I am married with no kids.

My main hobbies include Cougar Football, Cougar Basketball, The Dallas Cowboys, The Mavericks, Tivo perusal, cougarboard, cougarfan, numismatics(coins), running, and lamenting my lack of wordly wealth. You know, now that I look over that list it starts to dawn on me why I don't have more wordly wealth. How about that.

Also, I'm LDS and served a mission to Detroit.

numismatics(coins),
Wow, there's a word I've honestly never heard. Who says you can't learn anything by wasting your day online.

I just took another look at your post and found that I really hadn't answered all of it.

A cycle management operator keeps an eye on job cycles, posts off jobs, & deals with abends. Most of what I do has to do with nightly processing of massive quantities of information that comes in from hospitals, mainly Parkland, Tenet, & Pharmacare.

Its not nearly as glamerous as it sounds :P .

I'm learning SAS.

My work just ordered a 7,000 dual processor SCSI workstation for me. I'm psyched.
