Default If resurrected bodies are perfect

Mormon doctrine is that only those who attain celestial glory will be able to create spirit children.

So maybe those who attain terrestrial and telestial glory, will have no need for sexual organs or "milk" production.

And if said resurrected bodies are perfect and burn the calories they consume (as has been speculated), there would be no need for waste systems.

So if those in the terrestrial and telestial kingdoms have bodies with no sexual organs, "milk" production or waste systems (i.e. bodies that look like a nude Ken doll or pre-pubescent Barbie doll), will any of the men there give any of the women the time of day? And if there is no drugs, alcohol, sex, kids or families, what will everyone be doing?
