So if they broke up "last year" and the baby is due in November, then that tells me this is a different sort of break up. One with privileges still intact.

Now if they will just get married, and then send their kid(s) to BYU, we can salvage something out of this.

I'm sure it will be...but its hard to picture being in college, broken up with the father, interrupting your hoops and college career to be a single parent mom. Doesn't sound much fun. But good for her to be meeting this in stride. Good luck to her.

I think the ten or twenty grand a month in child support will make the situation a little more tolerable.
