Observation about BYU fans

One of the Utah fans in my ward, said he has purposely ignored my email about a place to watch the BYU vs. Utah game. When he said this to his Ute friend, he didn't know I was right around the corner listening to him.

I consider this to be somewhat typical of Ute fans. Hatred.

Early in the thread you seemed to be touting hating your rival as an admirable trait common among successful programs that BYU didn't have enough of.

I don't hate Ute alums because they went to the University of Utah. It's not personal for me.

At best, the rivalry is a slightly amusing distraction for a couple days a year.
