Wow, people are already putting him in the same list of caliber players as LT, Merriman, Gates, etc in wanting to order his jersey?
I didn't watch the game, but was he REALLY that awesome? And FWIW, I do hope Weddle does well in SD. |

I think that the fans are just confident in the moves that A.J. Smith has made, because most of the moves have worked out...and mabye Weddle is next in line.

Nothing against Weddle, a terrific ballplayer, but I don't like this nicknaming trend. Taking the first initial and then using the first syllable of their last name or initial is pure laziness in nicknaming. Curse A-Rod for starting this insanity.
