What happened to these Utah Commits

I know Ute fans hate it when BYU fans tease them for not getting commits in but it seems that every year, there are 7-8 guys that never make it. This does not take into account guys going on missions like at BYU.

Chet Blasucci - Injuries
Joseph Faifili - Did not qualify, is at a JC and could possibly join the team next year (long shot, but still a possibility)
Pauli Latu - Dismissed from the team
Tony Smith - This may have been the guy who had some "legal" issuse (one of the ute recruits attacked a guy with a golf club at a party his senior year in high school...don't know if that was this guy or not)
Kenton Thomas - Left the team
Peter Tuitupou - JC
Mombroso Washington - I thought he had qualifying issues or eligibility issues due to his military service.

2007
James Aiono - JC (did not qualif)
Mike Honeycutt - Mission
Thor Salanoa - Mission? I feel like this guy is still conected to the program...just not sure how.
Damilyn Tanner - Had some qualifying issues, should join the team in January
Westlee Tonga - Mission
Reggie Topps - Grey Shirt

Matt Johnson
Michael Moore (Made it to school but quit football)
Tico Pringle (Played 1 year before transferring)
Matangi Tonga (Played 1 year before personal issues)

Ryan Kessman (Left team during year)
Star Lotulelei

I don't know if some of the Utah Players above were on the team and left for personal reasons like we had with the Cougars but I just found this interesting that to my knowledge, BYU had Matt Johnson and Star Lotulelei as the only recruits that did not qualify.
