Default A friend of mine sent this to me...

interesting read...

By the way, I wouldn't be surprised if this essay has been discussed here or Cougarboard before, in fact my friend may have found it on Cougarboard, but I don't have time to go digging for it.

Well, it's longer than 20 words and two sentences, so that eliminates Lebowski.

SU believes a huge segment of educated Mormons are in this category. Then again, SoonerCougar believes all Mormon men masturbate.

It's no secret that I've come to many (more or less, all, with some refinement) of those conclusions (and others) and see myself as a faithful, neighbor loving Mormon, but I've come to them on my own and through my own studies and prayers. So far, my local leadership hasn't questioned my faithfulness. Are they really going to hassle the guy who keeps his covenants, teaches a primary class, and volunteers to help? It would take a hard core mullah to want me out.

That document is just a nice summary of the membership-related topics that get discussed in the pages of Sunstone and amongst intellectual-leaning Mormons (which includes many at CG) all the time.

Are you under the impression somebody wants you (or "the guy who...") out?

I just found that to be an interesting Google hit. I'm aware of what it means.
