Yeah, I once got really cold feet from walking barefoot on the marble floor, and it was always tough to decide if we should eat dinner looking at the Alps or the Mediterranean. I almost died from indecision.

I also really liked the portion on Hurricane Katrina. It made me feel awfully guilty that I didn't take the opportunity to go down with my stake last year to help with the cleanup.

I only got to see a small portion last night with the majority of what I saw being the lady who got excommunicated. She didn't seem to get it. Women are beneath men and it's an unequal relationship? That's not my experience. The black lady however was great. I thought it was really sweet how she found of a lot of self discovery through geneology.

I feel your distress, friend. Those marble floors were awful during the winter.

We solved our problem by eating dinner on the roof so we could see both the Mediterranean and Mt. Etna.

That is brutal. But it can't compare with this. In the first 4 months of my mission I didn't have a car. I had to ride a bike. I felt violated; every man has a right to a cherry Ford Escort.

I didn't even get to ride a bike. I had to use public transportation until I became an AP. We were forced to drive a 1984 Alfa Romeo Giulietta.

I don't know how impressive it really is. Word on the street was that the mission president brought me into the office as an AP to keep an eye on me.
