Solon is on a distinguished road
Default I changed my workout over the summer

Over the past four years, I've had lots of bad luck with overuse injuries to the lower legs - stress fractures, runners knee, etc., so I switched things up this summer.

Instead of doing 5 six-mile runs per week, I do 3 ten-milers. Same mileage. Same pace. Crazy results. I've lost 15 lbs since June, almost 10% of my body weight. I'm almost back to my high school weight.

And I haven't had any injuries.

[knock on wood.]
