As an aside, my daughters through their mother somehow cajoled me into bringing their boyfriends along on an expensive, for us, family vacation, at my expense no less. I really knew I'd be had, when their boyfriends pouted when I raised an eyebrow about paying for the souvenirs of the boyfriends.

It's too late land. Once you hold your daughter for the first time, she has her hooks in you and you'll never get away.

The only thing you can do is to wait until she is in junior high school and what she used to find the funniest thing she's ever seen you do turns into the greatest source of embarrassment for her. Then you do it again and again and again and again and again and again......

Last night I was making some corny joke to my 15 yo daughter for the 30th or 40th time and she looked at me, sighed, rolled her eyes and said somethign like "I sometimes wonder what Mom saw when you two were dating."
