They showed him going on a rant during some congressional hearings against Barbara Boxer.

I'm no Barbara Boxer fan, but this guy came off as such a pedantic assmunch that I couldn't stand him.

Absolutely correct. The tragedy just became worse. Fox 13 reporting that people involved in the rescue who know the mining industry have said that this mine - and this doesn't mean because of the collapse - is in the worst condition of any that they have ever seen.

Beyond shameful.

I think I heard on TV last night that UMSHA (mine safety) is in charge of the rescue and safety of minors now. 2 of there people were among the ones injured.

Murray is unlikeable though, so I think it is OK to blame this on him too.
