I must be lucky... I almost NEVER have to watch chick flicks with my wife, yet she will always watch my movies with me. She loves 24, Old School, anything by Adam Sandler, and probably our favorite movie to watch together is the 40 year old virgin. That show absolutely cracked us both up.

The only guy movie that I haven't been able to get her really into is Desperado, starring Antonio Banderas. That show was freakin' awesome. Senseless violence, a dude with a guitar case of weapons and Salma Hayek. What more can a dude want?

Default Jane Austen movies

No amount of cleavage could get Danimal to watch Pride and Prejudice with me. Though, I'm generally not interested in most chick flicks.

However, we both really liked Say Anything. That's another post Better Off Dead Cusack movie.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure Jason would never watch an Austen flick with me.

The correct ranking of the Cusack films is:
1. Better off Dead
2. Say Anything
3. Grosse Pointe Blank.

I just wanted to make that clear.
America's Sweethearts is also a great film, and has enough non-Cusack actors (Seth Green, Hank Azaria, Billy Crystal) to make it almost tolerable for men.

I watch a lot, I mean a lot of movies, but I have never heard of any of these films. I have heard of Austen, and don't let Goat or PAC know, but have actually watched them. Now I'm not certain if I remained awake, but I started them with good intentions.

I bet if you think about it, there are a lot of John Cusack movies that you like. For example:

The Grifters (although I think of that more as an Annette Bening movie)

Runaway Jury

Being John Malkovich

The Thin Red Line (okay, an ensemble movie, but he's in it)

Con Air

Eight Men Out

So John Cusack is a guy.

I get it. What does he look like?
