Default Mission Accomplished

I hit my target weight this weekend. Since March 1st, I've lost 12 pounds down to 160, my lowest weight since my senior year in high school. And I was even a week earlier than expected, as my big bike event is still 2 weeks away.

The best part is now that I'm at my target weight, I get to add about 600 daily calories to my diet. Brownies and ice cream, here I come!

Yes; you're a little too skinny; you may need a sandwich or some oreos or something.

Actually congrats on your efforts. I spoke with unca ralph yesterday and told him not to reveal my true lack of fitness, so make sure you are polite and don't press him about it at the reunion.

I'll try to keep things light, sticking to subjects like "Does your chicken hat make noises when you squeeze it?'" or "How does a monkey get the bugs and burrs out of his fur when his spouse is out of town?".

LOL. Just so you'll know, Ralph thinks this whole internet site thing is a little weird, so be careful.

People, say this to me all the time too. It just so tiring ...

Congrats bluegoose ... I am myself about to start a cutting cycle and am not looking forward to it.
